 My Review:

A Beautiful Dark is just what the tittle says its a beautiful dark book. This book does have its ups and downs but it was an overall good book.

This book has two different main elements that it focuses on. A love triangle and paranormal element that come in to play later on in the book.  The main character's name is Skye. Skye has lived an almost normal life since her parents died when she was six but then on her seventeenth birthday everything starts to change. That night she meets to mysterious boys that turn her world upside down. They have an explanation for the weird thing happening around and to Skye. She has to choose between both of their worlds and them.

I really like Skye as a character, and I really felt for her. The world pretty much had it out for her literally. Asher is the bad boy, but when he is with Skye he very romantic and not so tough. Devin started out seeming nice, but he turned out to be a bit of a jerk. I couldn't help but to love Skye and Asher, and I have this love hate thing with Devin. The end really showed all of their real personalities, and I really liked that about this book.

The paranormal element was through in so fast it was hard to grasp it as fast as you were learning about it. It also skipped around in the middle and I did get a bit lost. But this book also had good things about the writing. The foreshadowing was fantastic. I always thought I knew what going to happen but then it would though in a twist but he foreshadowing was always there but not really playing out until the end.

This is a really good book. With characters you can't help but love them. Amazing foreshadowing. I can't wait for the second book, and I can wait to know what happens next.
