Review: Temptation

Author: Karen Ann Hopkins
Release Date: 6/26/12
Genre: YA Contemporary
Received From: Harlequin Teen via NetGalley
Summary From B&N.com:
Your heart misleads you. That's what my friends and family say.
But I love Noah. And he loves me. We met and fell in love in the sleepy farming community of Meadowview, while we rode our horses together through the grassy fields and in those moments in each other's arms. It should be ROSE & NOAH forever, easy.
But it won't be.
Because he's Amish. And I'm not.

My Review:

Temptation is thrilling emotion novel about forbidden romance that will blow you away.  This book is beautifully written, with emotions packed under each word. The main character were so lovable and interesting to read about.

Temptation is forbidden romance at it's best. Rose moves to Meadowview near a neighboring Amish community. Noah goes with his dad to meet the new neighbors. That is when she sees him, that is when he sees her. It's love at first sight for them, but there is one problem. He is Amish and she is not.

This book changes point of views from Rose to Noah every chapter.  Rose is strong, through all of the stuff she goes though she only brakes down once. Noah has this caring quality, that you do find often in books. Together the pair are lovable and enjoyable to read about.

Karen Ann Hopkins wrote this book beautifully. Emotions were packed in with every word. She made it feel like you were there in the book watching it all go down. The point of views alternating each chapter was incredible. Being able to read about what was going on from both of their minds was one of my favorite parts of this book.

I loved this book. This book traps you inside until the end. The characters were great. I recommend this to anyone who likes forbidden romances.
